From Frustration to Fulfillment: My First Website Journey at CDA.

On the 7th day after joining CDA, we stepped into the exciting world of web development under the guidance of Unais Sir. His sessions stretched over a week, each lasting two hours or more. You’d think long hours of technical classes might get dull — but honestly, we never felt bored. His energy and way of teaching kept us fully engaged.

In the beginning, as he demonstrated each step, I remember thinking to myself, “This looks simple enough.” But when it was time to do it on my own, reality hit. What looked easy turned into hours of sitting in front of my laptop, figuring out code, fixing errors, and dealing with unexpected issues. Sometimes I’d sit for 3-4 hours straight, battling neck pain, shoulder stiffness, and yes — a good dose of frustration. But then came the moment. The moment I clicked launch and saw my very own website go live.

The joy was indescribable. Watching something I had built from scratch come alive on the internet gave me a deep sense of pride. It might seem like a small step to some, but for me, it was a milestone. Saying, “I have my own website,” feels so empowering — especially when many around me don’t. It’s proof of progress. Proof of learning. Proof of believing in myself. As a budding digital marketing expert in Kerala, having a personal website is more than just a project — it’s a portfolio, a brand identity, and a commitment to growth. This experience made me realize how essential technical skills are in the marketing field and how much effort goes behind even the simplest-looking websites.

I owe a heartfelt thanks to CDA for creating such a supportive learning environment. A big shoutout to Shihab Sir, who helped me set up my LinkedIn profile and showed me how to showcase my skills professionally. And of course, to Unais Sir, who not only taught us web development but also inspired confidence in each of us. This journey has just begun — and I’m excited for everything that lies ahead.
